| 摘 要： | 企业年金计划的运行关键是一个"资金"问题。本文以我国企业的财务数据和与职工生活相关的经济数据为基础,重点选取法定公益金、净利润、人均剩余收入、人均可支配收入等指标,运用实证分析的方法对我国企业年金的供给能力做出评估,量化我国企业年金的供给能力。
