住房抵押贷款决策模型探讨

摘    要:文中通过介绍居民购房抵押贷款的四大要素,并着重分析比较了几种常见的还款模型,包括等额本息还款法,等额本金还款法,等额累进还款法,等比累进还款法,最后引入一种新的还款模型——双指数住房抵押贷款模型.

Abstract:By introducing the four elements of the residents purchase mortgage loans,the paper focused on analysis and comparison of several common repayment models,including the matching principal and interest repayment method,equal principal repayment method,equal progressive repayment method,geometric progressive repayment method,finally introduced a new repayment model,namely,the double exponential mortgage model.
