摘    要:针对传统吸附树脂在中药有效成分提纯中存在的不足,研究和制备了一种选择性高、具有筛分作用的三维网状超分子化合物树脂.通过对各种影响因素的对比分析,确定了制备树脂的最佳工艺条件:以碳酸钙为成孔剂,NaOH的浓度为20%,温度在50~55℃之间,交联剂用量15%,反应时间20min.

Abstract:For lack of shortcomings of purification of the active ingredient in traditional Chinese medicine,a selective high-prepared supramolecular compound with three-dimensional netlike structure was prepared.The optimum conditions of preparation of resin were ultimately determined by comparing and analyzing the various factors: calcium carbonate as pore-forming agent,20% NaOH concentration,temperature of 50~55 ℃,15% crosslinker,the reaction time of 20 minutes.
