| 摘 要： | 辅导员既要积极配合教官完成军训的各项任务，又要关心爱护学生，帮助他们克服思想上、心理上、体能上的困难和障碍。辅导员做好教官与大学生之间的沟通、协调工作，对顺利完成军训任务，提高军训的教育成效具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | College advisors should on the one hand actively collaborate with the military training officers so the mission can be completed, and on the other hand show particular care and concern for the freshmen, helping them overcome difficulties and barriers experienced either physically or psychologically. The role they play in communication and coordination between the officers and the students is vitally important for the success and effectiveness of the military training. |
