教育沟通视角下消解教师语言暴力问题的策略

摘    要:教育即沟通,语言是沟通的重要媒介,选择正确的语言表达方式与表达内容对教育教学至关重要。语言暴力作为一种不良的沟通方式具有表达的单向性、沟通的无效性和情感的冷漠性等特征。要消解这种负面的影响,教师需要转变师生沟通的方式,建构平等对话的教育情境,同时要提高语言沟通的技巧,在教学中进行自我反思,加强情绪的控制和调节。

Abstract:Education is communication; Language is an important medium of communication. Select the correct way of expression is essential for education. Language violence as a way of poor communication, it has the character of one-way expression, invalid and indifference. To eliminate the negative effects, teachers need to turn the way of communication, construct the equal circumstances for communication between teachers and students. Meanwhile, teachers need to improve the language communication skills ,do self-reflection and strengthen the management of emotions in education.
