电力事故系统本质安全性模型研究

摘    要:本文通过对近几年A电力公司电力安全事故的分析与调查,得出电力安全事故发生的主要原因是人员安全意识淡薄、管理失误、违章作业,为了使电力系统从实际意义上达到安全,作者从人机环系统出发,提出了电力系统本质安全化的计算模型,电力事故系统安全弹性的概念,对电力系统安全事故的管理、预防、控制、安全评价具有重要而深远的意义。

Abstract:this article through to analyze and investigate power safety accident of A power company in recent years , drawing the main reason of power safety accident is the personnel safety consciousness, management mistakes and illegal operation, in order to make power system get actual safety, in this paper the author from the man-machine-environment system start, Putting forward the inherent safety calculation model of electric power system, and security elastic concept of the power accident system , to the safety of the electricity system accident management, prevention, control, safety evaluation has important and far-reaching significance.
