| 摘 要： | 知识管理是大学通过知识共享和知识创新提高大学自身价值的手段和过程。大学知识管理过程中必须遵循代价性、技术性、能力性、服务性、灵活性、契约性的原则。实现知识共享、加快知识创新、实施团队学习、加强制度建设是实现知识管理的有效策略。
