摘    要:人力资源的柔性管理是践行以人为本的科学发展观的体现。尊重企业员工的人格独立和个人愿景,增强广大员工对企业的向心力、凝聚力与归属感,实行分权化的管理,赋予人才自主权,是企业员工施展自身才华的愿望,也是组织实现管理目标的需要,只要运用得当,将会成为有效的非薪酬的激励方式。

Abstract:Flexible management of human resources is carrying out decentralized management in fact, base on practicing the scientific concept of development, respecting personality independence and individual wishes of the staff, and strengthening enterprise cohesion and sense of belonging of the staff. Giving the full autonomy to the talents is the necessary not only for staff to play their talent, but also for the enterprise to realize the goals. Giving the talents more space to develop freely is an important way to stimulate them developing expect wages and material stimulation. So this stimulation is not only a management method, but also a management art, it will be a very effective simulation method if using it correctly.
