摘    要:新发展小学教育实验的理论是在吸收各种先进教育思想的基础上,针对我国目前小学教育中存的问题,对发展性教育观进行了新的构建并赋予了新的时代内涵。它所倡导的发展已经不再停留在以往学校教育主要注重的知识教学、单一智力发展,而是要在充分挖掘和发展学生多元智力的同时,实现学生情感、素质以及人格的发展,旨在把促进学生的发展引向自主和创新精神的形成,从而达到以“人的发展”的思想来全面建构小学教育教学新体系。

Abstract:Aiming at the present problems of our country's elementary school education,the theory of the new development experiment of elementary education based on absorbing different well-developed educational ideas reconstructs the development education view and endow it with a new connotation of the time. The development that it advocates is no longer focusing on knowledge and unitary intelligence development but on unearthing and developing student's multi-intelligence, at the same time, achieve student's feeling, quality along with character development, all aiming to lead the development of students to independent and innovational spirit formation, thereby attains the idea of "Human Development" in order to build a brand new elementary school education system.
