| 摘 要： | 扩招并不直接导致大学毕业生就业率的降低，但扩招导致了生均教育资源的下降，从而导致了教育质量的下降。提高大学毕业生就业率，高等教育必须更新观念，重新确立大学理念，使大学真正具有进取精神、开放精神和同情精神。

| Abstract: | Enrollment expansion does not directly lead to the decrease of employment rate, but it may reduce the average educational resources for each student, and in turn, causes the ebbing of education quality. To increase the employment rate of college graduates, we are bound to refresh our thoughts and endow the university with the spirit of enterprise, openness and sympathy. |
