| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查、座谈、分析归纳等方法,以山东省七所本科院校二年级学生为调查对象,对他们心目中优秀"两课"教师形象进行了抽样调查,总结出优秀"两课"教师的形象特征。调查结果对进一步提升"两课"教师素质,加强队伍建设、增强大学生思政教育工作实效性具有较强的现实指导意义。

| Abstract: | By means of questionnaire,interview,analysis of the inductive method,we investigated the excellent images of marxism theory courses teachers in the eyes of the second grade students in 7 universities. We Summed up the characteristics of excellent teachers,The results of the survey will play an imPortant role in enhancing the qualities of marxism theory courses teachers and has a strong guiding significance of Ideological and political education of college students. |
