关于加强“高职”生实践性教学环节管理的拙见

实践性教学是高职教育的重要组成部分。近几年,各高职院校为保证实践性教学环节的质量,都加大了投入,花费了大量的人力、物力。但是,对实践性教学环节的严密组织、严格管理与上述投入同样重要。如果组织不严密、管理不得法,不仅会造成大量的浪费,甚至会发生事故,造成不良影响。为此,笔者对各实践性教学环节的组织与管理发表拙见。

On Improvement of Practical Teaching Management

Practical teaching is the key link of higher vocational education. In recent years, various higher vocational colleges have increased their input and spent great amount of manpower and material resources in the hope of ensuring the quality of practical teaching. However, the strict organization and management of practical teaching are equally important in comparison with the above-mentioned input. Loose or improper management will not only lead to great waste but also give rise to accidents and thus exerting negative influence. Therefore, the authors offer their opinions here on organization and management of practical teaching.
