| 摘 要： | 企业的资源冗余会对企业创新产生重要的影响,但不同资源冗余的使用范围不同,其实际的应用价值也各不相同,所以不同类型的资源冗余会对企业创新类型的选择产生影响.结合Singh(1986)对资源冗余的分类,研究了资源冗余对企业创新选择的影响,研究发现,一般性冗余有利于突变创新的开展,而专用性冗余可以推动渐进创新的进行.

| Abstract: | Corporate resource slack imposes significant impacts on the corporate innovation. However, different resource slack has different application values depending on their scopes. Consequently, different kinds of resource slack will influence choices of types of corporate innovation. Integrating Singh's classification of resource slack, this text researches on the impacts of resource slack on choices of corporate innovation. It concludes that general slack facilitates the development of radical innovation, and that specialized slack promotes the process of incremental innovation. This text makes up the deficiencies of the current researches and provides the guidance for the options of innovation manners. |
