高职林业技术专业工学结合人才培养模式的探究

高职林业技术专业培养什么样的人才,怎样培养人才,关系到林业高职教育是否能服务于现代林业建设、培养适需对路高质量人才的大问题。2006年,教育部在《关于全面提高高等职业教育教学质量的若干意见》的16号文件中明确指出:要积极推行与生产劳动和社会实践相结合的学习模式,把工学结合作为高等职业教育人才培养模式改革的重要切入点,带动专业调整与建设,引导课程设置、教学内容和教学方法改革。经过多年来的探索,工学结合已逐渐成为职业教育的典型人才模式。因此,从转变职业教育观念、整体化的职业分析、专业课程体系开发、项目课程设计、行动导向的教学模式、校企合作的实训基地建设、双重考核评价体系等方面系统阐述高职林业技术专业工学结合人才培养模式的基本框架具有重要的现实意义。
