| 摘 要： | 司马贞生平事迹及著述问题，为《史记》研究中一大疑案。通过考察，本文认为其生年在高宗仪凤间，武后后期为求学期，仕宦于中、睿、玄宗之世，历国子博士、弘文馆学士等职，官终润州别驾。（史记索隐）成书时间约为开元二十年左右，他也在书成后不久去世，年约五十余岁。

| Abstract: | SIMA Zhen's life story and writings are an open question for research in the study of the Records of the Histo- rian. The present study suggests that SIMA Zhen was born in the reign period of Emperor Gaozong Yi fang, pursued his studies in the latter period of Empress Wu Ze - tian, being an official during the period of Emperor of Zhongzong, Ruizong and Xuanzong. He once held a post in the imperial College and the School of Advanced Learning, ended in an as- sisant official rank at Runzhou. The Search of the Records of the Historian was written in about 2nd decade of the reign of Kaiyuan.He died soon after finishing the book, approximately at the age of 50. |
