市场经济条件下和谐社会之构建

随着我国市场经济体制的建立,社会和谐问题的凸显,政府应重新调整与社会、市场的关系,优化政府职能,使维护社会公正、提供公共服务成为政府管理的本质所在。这就要求公民政治参与要不断走向制度化、经常化。为此,人大就需鼓励和引导公民有序参与人大的各项工作,促进政府转变管理经济社会的方式,进而构建和谐社会。

The Construction of a Harmonious Society under the Condition of Market Economy

Along with the establishment of market economy system,the problem of social harmony draws more and more attention.The government should readjust its relationship to the society and market,and optimize governmental functions to make safeguarding social justice and providing public service be the essence of the governmental management.This change will systemize and regularize people's participation in politics.To meet this purpose,People's Congress should encourage citizens' orderly participation in the work of People's Congress and promote the change of governmental function in economy and society,which will help to construct a harmonious society.
