| Abstract: | The basic principles to join the secondary and higher vocational education are to achieve uniform objectives and mutual recognitions of the academic credits, and to gain the maximized benefits from vocational education. The main styles to join the secondary and higher vocational education are adopting the linking patterns of course, mutual credit, qualifications and schooling recognitions. The key to ensure the success of the joining is to provide for highly recognized ideologies, a series of relative laws, policies, rules, systems, and effective service systems. |
