| 摘 要： | 现代图书馆的主要标志是数字化、网络化、智能化。网络环境下的图书馆不仅仅依赖于先进的现代化设备,更依赖于具有渊博知识、业务精湛的复合型人才。人才是决定事业成败的关键,而目前高等学校图书馆人员整体素质不能适应现代化的需求,因此如何建设一支高素质的馆员队伍极为重要,也极为迫切,本文就如何建设一支高素质的高校图书馆员队伍从三个方面谈了自己的看法。

| Abstract: | Nowadays the sign of modern library is digitalize, network and intellectualize. The library that is under the environment of network not only relieson computer butalso on the compound talents with profound knowledge and excellent professionalability. Talents arethe key of successfulcareer. But nowadays the quality of library stuff is not suitable for the modernization, which makes it important and urgent to found a group of high quality library stuff. The paper explains how to found this group from three aspects. |
