美国教师福利制探析

摘    要:经过200余年的发展,作为薪酬体系一部分的美国教师福利制已日臻完善。它主要包括法定常规福利、健康福利制、储蓄福利等七个方面。美国教师福利制体现了分类细密、制度健全、激励得当、与时俱进的特点,很多值得借鉴。首先应该倡导以人为本,全面关怀教师,其次要加大教育投入以及加强教师福利的法制化和市场化管理。

Abstract:After more than 200 years' development, the US teacher welfare system that is part of salary system has already been consummated. It includes Legally Required Benefits, Health and Welfare Programsand Savings Plans etc. The US teacher welfare system manifests the characteristics: perfect classification, systematic regulations, appropriate prompting, and keeping pace with the times, which are worth for us using for reference. We first should adhere to the human-based principal, and comprehensively care for the teachers. Secondly, the government should increase investment to the education as well as legalize the teacher welfare system and strengthen the marketizational management.
