Optimizing Performance Evaluation Path of Primary and Secondary School from Big Data Perspective

The performance evaluation of primary and secondary schools is an important means to promote the school quality. Some experiences and characteristics have been formed in the design and implementation in many regions, but there are still some problems such as single participants in performance evaluation, more emphasis on results instead of on process, weak quantitative data, inefficient evaluation methods and lack of professional talents. The application of big data technology in the performance evaluation has many values. From the four aspects of evaluation index system design, data collection, data analysis and result application, a performance evaluation system based on big data is constructed, which provides suggestions for the further optimization of performance evaluation of primary and secondary schools.
