| 摘 要： | 我国社会的腐败现象已涉及到政治、经济、司法、教育、化等多个领域，在国家机体的要害部化大量滋长繁衍，侵蚀着社会结构的每一个环节，本试图对我国社会生活中各种腐败的表现形式、成因以及如何依靠法制惩治腐败进行深入探讨。

| Abstract: | Corrupt phenomena have been related to China's broad fields like policy, economy, judicature, education and culture. They are corroding the state apparatus and the social constructure. This paper tries to probe into the manifestations and contributing factors of currupt phenomena, and how to punish corruption accor7ding to the rule of law. |
