On the Introspection and Evaluation of Implementation of New Curriculum Teaching of Chemistry in Junior High Schools

This paper explicates the self-evaluation and introspection of teachers participating in the process of chemistry teaching from three dimensions,then sums up the roles played by them in the teachers' participation in the reform of new curriculum and their growth,and then recommends a mode and an evaluation form for introspection of chemistry teachers.
