摘    要:组织冲突的发生有其必然性.它对组织来说犹如一把双刃剑,既有积极作用又有消极作用.因此,如何正确处理组织内部冲突是冲突管理的关键.作为管理者,应该尽量预防破坏性冲突,激发建设性冲突,以保持组织的活力.

Abstract:It is unavoidable to happen about organizational conflict.And there are two sides about the organizational conflict.It plays a positive role and also has a negative effect in an organization.So how to deal with the organizational conflict is the key of conflict management.As a supervisor,one must try his best to prevent destructive conflict and inspire constructive conflict,which will invigorate new vitality to organizations.
