| 摘 要： | 行政规制由于其事先性、灵活性、有效性而成为重要的合同规制手段。本文分析了我国格式合同行政规制的现状和问题,并针对我国的实际情况,从模式选择、主体选择、程序三个方面对相关制度进行了设计。
