高师教师职业倦怠的心理分析与对策

摘    要:职业倦怠好发于教师群体,高师教师的职业倦怠对教师本人、学生群体及未来师资的负面影响极其严重.文章介绍了高师教师职业倦怠的概念、表现;并从工作和个体两方面因素,具体分析其产生原因;最后,就高师教师如何解决职业倦怠问题,提供几点建议.

Abstract:Teachers are more likely to feel weariness in teaching. This kind of weariness has negative effects on the teachers themselves, the students and the teachers for future. This article introduces the definition of teachers' weariness and its appearance, at the same time, analyzes the reasons caused by working and individuals. Meanwhile, this article gives suggestions on how to solve the weariness in working for teachers in higher education.
