| Abstract: | 5S management is one of the important methods applied in the fieldwork management.This paper studies 5S management＇s definition,characteristics and application status in theory in a thorough way;and indicates the wrong definitions or actions during the implementation of 5S management in Chinese enterprises in practice with an impersonal remark and how to implement it effectively,which will have an important reference to Chinese enterprises. |
