| 摘 要： | 当前,独立学院人才培养存在着目标趋同、专业设置缺乏前瞻性和持续性、忽视学生的多方面发展需要等问题。独立学院要建立多样化的人才培养目标,并在发展中不断对其进行调整,为学生的发展搭建立交桥。为此,独立学院需确立品牌专业,形成独特的人才培养体系和风格,并改革治理结构,建立独立的管理机制和师资队伍。
