| 摘 要： | 英国颁布《2004-2014科学与创新投资框架》后,作为创新核心动力的高等教育进行了很多改革。2011年英国政府发布创新年度报告,对包括高等教育在内的国家创新进行了阐述。本文根据《2004-2014科学与创新投资框架》和年度报告分析英国高等教育创新战略的主要内容及面临的挑战,并阐述总结了对我国的启示。
