高压管式反应器夹套跨管泄漏失效的数值分析

摘    要:为了探究高压管式反应器夹套跨管失效机理,在进行表观分析的基础上,采用数值计算的方法,对跨管内脱盐水流动进行了分析。结果表明,由于水流的90°转向,在跨管入口产生严重的偏流效应,而偏流又导致水流的局部增速和集中冲刷,致使跨管入口部分冲刷严重,在弯管入口处内侧产生剪切应力极值区,导致泄漏失效。

Abstract:In order to study the failure mechanism of the spanning tube in the jacket of high-pressure tube reactor,based on the surface analysis,the method of numerical computation is employed to analyze the flow of desalination water in the spanning tube.The results show that a serious deflection flow action comes into being at the inlet of the spanning tube in which the water changes direction at 90°.This flow results in the condition that the velocity of water increases and erodes seriously in a small area at the inlet of the spanning tube.Finally,the maximum shear stress causes the leaking failure at the inlet of the elbow of spanning tube.
