| 摘 要： | 构建县域义务教育均衡发展监测指标体系,对于科学理性地推进义务教育均衡发展有重要的实践价值。本文在分析已有研究的基础上,依据教育学理论,选择教师、学生和教育保障系统三个方面15个关键因素,结合县域内城乡之间、乡镇之间、校际之间和中小学层级之间4个维度,构建了由60个观测点组成的县域义务教育均衡发展监测指标矩阵,并初步确定了测度的具体思路。
