| 摘 要： | 产业生态系统管理在节能减排、废物利用,提供一系列清洁技术与节能产品方面发挥重要作用,其本质是一种创新行为,是运用可持续发展和循环经济理论指导实践与决策的管理方法。在生态环境问题日益突出、经济发展方式转变日益需要生态环境支持的新形势下,从理论架构角度探讨了产业生态系统管理的驱动因素、原则及目标、特点及内涵,以期为实现区域可持续发展服务。
