| 摘 要： | 教育的育人功能和筛选功能确定了个人职业能力的适应方向、限定了个人职业选择的空间,其所体现的是教育的职业服务功能,被认为可能直接导致教育结果的不公平。鉴于社会专业化人才需要和职业竞争的现实,职业导向下的教育结果不公平是不可避免的。对此,应通过制度设计优化来实现教育的过程公平,包括教育竞争标准公平、教育资源分配公平和教育的职业选择过程公平。
