立足培养创新型人才提高大学高校教师科研积极性

自我国高校体制改革以来，高校人才培养的水平、规模均迈入了新的台阶，创新型人才的培养已经成为知识经济时代的基本目标。与此同时，我们也不难发现，培养创新人才所需的刚性要求——科学创新型的施教者的缺乏。本文试从以下四个方面探求提高高校教师科研积极性的理论方法，从而推动高校教学水平的提升，为培养创新人才的提供知识源动力。

Improvimg University Teachers Research Enthusiam Based upon Cultivating Innovative Talents

Since the reform in Chinese higher education, the level and scale of talents in universities is approaching a new stage. It is a common sense that cultivating innovative talent has become the main target in the knowledge-based economic age. One of the rigid obstacles of cultivating creative talents is the lack of creative teachers. This paper aims to explore the theoretical basis for improving teachers＇ research Enthusiasm, thus promoting the development of teaching skills, as well as providing knowledge source for cultivating innovative talents.
