| 摘 要： | 由于种种因素的影响,少数党员领导干部还存在着"不太廉政"(即"亚廉")的状况,主要表现为接受教育无精神,执行制度常乏力,作风建设易"感冒",公款、公物"功能紊乱","利益诱惑"抵抗力下降等。为此应强化思想道德建设,以德促廉;强化廉政文化建设,以环境助廉;强化制度建设,以制度保廉;强化监督机制,以机制促廉。

| Abstract: | Due to various factors, some Party member cadres in higher education institutes are in a sub-clean" state. The main symptoms are reluctance to be educated, slovenly execution of rules and regulations, deviation in working style, low resistance to material interests, etc. In order to rectify all this, measures should be taken to reinforce moral construction, intensify clean cultural construction; boost the construction of rules and regulations; and reinforce monitoring mechanisms. |
