摘    要:综合分析了国内转炉炉渣无氟助熔剂的研究和应用现状,从作用原理、转炉冶炼过程控制及经济性方面对MnO基和Al2O3基等无氟助熔剂进行了对比,并结合应用实际,提出了相应的无氟助熔剂的使用方法和注意事项。

Abstract:The developing trend and researching status and application of fluorine-free slag flux have been analyzed from factors including functional principles,process-controlling,economic benefits and so on.The two types of MnO-based and Al_2O_3-based slag fluxes have been contrasted in these fields.According to their application in converters,the applications and some affairs are noted.
