| 摘 要： | 产业集群实际上是一个网络。产业集群竞争力的差异与企业网络的组织化程度有关。产业集群能力高的地区,网络的组织化程度往往也较高。其内在原因是网络组织化程度的高低会影响企业间集体学习的效率。网络的组织化程度与信任、合作、能力的异质性与互补性等因素有关。

| Abstract: | The industrial district is in fact a network. The difference of the industrial districts competitiveness relates to the level of organization of the network. The industrial districts with high capabilities always accompany with high degree of organization of the network. The inner reason for it is that the level of organization of the network influences the efficiency of collective learning. The organization degree of the network correlates with the elements of trust, cooperation, the heterogeneity and complement of the capabilities. |
