小学拼音教材与《汉语拼音方案》的理论阐释

摘    要:小学拼音教材与《汉语拼音方案》之间有十分密切的关系,但是它们的性质又有所不同。《汉语拼音方案》是具有群众性、科学性、法定性的拼音方案,小学拼音教材则是汉语拼音教学法改革的产物。小学拼音教材采用变通的方法,把y,w作为声母教学,规定16个整体认读音节,省教15个韵母和儿童难以理解的各种拼音规则,不教字母表、隔音符号,使拼音教学化繁为简,化难为易,收到了事半功倍的教学效果。作为小学教师,必须搞清楚小学拼音教材与《汉语拼音方案》之间的关系,并能从理论上加以阐释。

Abstract:There is a close relationship between the primary school phonetic teaching material and Chinese Phonetic Alphabet, but they have different nature. Chinese Phonetic Alphabet is a mass, scientific and lawful plan. The primary school phonetic teaching material is the result of the reformation of Chinese phonetic teaching methods. The primary school phonetic teaching material flexibly teaches y and w as initial consonants, decides 16 whole syllables without spelling and omits 15 finals and some kinds of spelling rules which are difficult for children to understand and master. They don' t teach alphabets or the syllable-dividing mark. It' s easier and gets twice the result with half the effort. Primary school teachers should understand the relationship between the primary school phonetic teaching material and Chinese Phonetic Alphabet.
