| Abstract: | Management education have entered into the period of review in China, the shortcoming is to emphasize on managerial technologies and functions of American style and shortage of teachers with international education background. Management education must be developed properly base on how to define culture, the relations between culture and management and cross-cultural management. This is the way to make students who are suitable to the development of enterprises in the future. |
