麦金太尔德性实践观对应用型人才培养的启示

摘    要:应用型人才培养理念具有实践取向,实践中渗透德性需求,德性培养活动中凸显智慧目标,然而当前教育实践在技术理性的困境中愈陷愈深。麦金太尔的德性实践观为完善应用型人才培养目标、构建突出实践智慧培养的课程教学体系、建立应用型高校育人保障机制等提供理论依据,有着较强的借鉴意义和较高的实践价值。

Abstract:The concept of cultivating applied talents is practice-oriented.Virtue demands penetrate into the talent training and the target of wisdom highlights in the training activities of virtue. However, in the current actual education, the cultivation of applied talents is drifting deeper and deeper into the plight of technical rationality. Macintyre' s view of virtue practice is of strong referential significance and high practical value, because it provides an important theoretical basis for perfecting the goal of cultivating applied talents, building the course teaching system that highlights the cultivation of practice and wisdom, establishing the education guarantee mechanism of application-oriented universities and so on.
