Exploration and Practice of Working-integrated Learning Personnel Training Mode Based on the Theory of Open Innovation

This article expounds the concept of work-integrated learning under the theory of open innovation from closed to open in anall-round way, which is advanced form of work-integrated learning. Its specific performance is the connection and cooperation betweenvocational college and stakeholders ,such as college, enterprise, scientific research institution and government.
