| 摘 要： | 为了边远贫困山区的孩子能接受基本的教育,墨西哥政府通过小型学校开发计划,建立了"CONAFE"教育模式,提高了全国的基础教育普及率.本文通过对这种教育模式的介绍和评价,意在为我国边远贫困地区的孩子接受义务教育提供积极的借鉴.

| Abstract: | The "CONAFE" educational model for basic education in the poor mountainous areas set up by Mexican government has greatly promoted the popularization of basic education in the whole country.This paper describes and comments the "CONAFE"educational model,in an attempt to relate it to China's practice by drawing useful lessons for China's popularization of Basic Education in the poor mountainous areas. |
