| 摘 要： | 教育公平问题是近年来社会关注的热点问题,它既是一种政策选择的原则,也是一种对教育状况的判断。针对现行教学体制的弊端,作为教育工作者,教师应当在充分尊重学生个体差异和教育规律的情况下,积极主动地尝试选择不同的教学过程模式,以促进全体学生全面、和谐地发展。

| Abstract: | Educational fairness is a hot topic in recent years, and it is not only a principle selected by policy, but also a judgement to the social condition. Facing the malpractice of the present education system, as an educator, the teacher should fully respect the students ' individual differences and the laws of education situation, and attempt various educational process pattern to promote the students to develop comprehensively and harmoniously. |
