高校教师绩效评估中的政治因素

摘    要:绩效评估是高校衡量人力资本投入与产出比率的价值尺度及公平竞争的管理准则。政治因素的渗入,其合理性受到人们的质疑,这可以从高评和低评两种情形中得到解释。克服政治因素干预,科学开展高校教师绩效评估需要从评估目标、评估原则、评估标准、评估程序、评估过程及评估机制等方面入手。

Abstract:Performance assessment is a value for measuring input and output of human resources,and a management rule for fair competition.As political factors permeate,its reasonability is subjected to questioning,which can be explained in higher assessment and lower assessment.Overcoming the interference of political factors and scientifically carrying out performance assessment lie in objectives,principles,criteria,procedure,process,and system of the assessment.
