| 摘 要： | 人们的任何有目的的行为活动，从其现实性上来看都是一个有机的系统，班主任角色网络体系就是把班主任所担当的多种角色看作一个系统来研究。班主任角色网络体系是一个有机的整体，发挥着整体效应。在这个整体结构当中包含有不同的角色，并具有不同的层次，即一级角色网络体系为第一层次，二级角色网络体系为第二层次。

| Abstract: | People's any behavior with intention is in fact an organic system. The network system of roles a teacher-in-charge is to deal with the many roles a teacher-in-charge plays as a whole system and an organic whole which elaborating entire effect. This whole system includes different roles and different levels: the first-degree roles of network system is the first level and the second-degree roles of network system is the second level. |
