摘    要:在知识经济初见端倪 ,我国社会主义市场经济体制日臻完善之际 ,高校人事分配制度改革在强化岗位聘任 ,实行全员聘任制的基础上 ,要充分体现“效率优先 ,兼顾公平 ,多劳多得 ,优绩优酬”的原则。
