| 摘 要： | 宋代诗词家创作了许多思想深邃和艺术精湛的作品，主要原因是人生不得志，仕途失意，因而以写诗填词寻求感情的寄托和心灵的抚慰，宣泄心中的郁闷，补偿自我价值的失落。这也正印证了“诗穷而后工”的道德。

| Abstract: | During the Song Dynasty poetry and Ci writers created thousands of works with deep meanings and high level of art, mainly owing to their unsuccessful official careers. They turned to writing in search of emotional substitution and spiritual consolation, and therefore reduced their depression and compensated for their loss of self-value. It proves the saying that in poetry one gains depth after suffering. |
