| 摘 要： | 图书馆法的制定和实践，规范了图书馆系统的运作，同时对我国的政治，经济，教育都会产生一定的影响，图书馆以法治代替人治，将有助于社会政治的稳定，对已经建立起来的经济制度会不遗余力地予以保护，给社会带来更大的经济效益，图书馆法制约图书馆的同时，使图书馆更好地发挥社会教育功能。

| Abstract: | The making and implementation of Library Law standardize the operation of Library system and have some influence on the politics, economy and education in our courtry. In place of rule by men, rule by lew in libraries contributes to the stability of social politics and protects the establisheel economic system, bringing more and more economic benefits to the society. The restriction of law on libraries ensures thet libraries will better give play to their function of social education. |
