| 摘 要： | 单手跳投技术是篮球投篮技术中的一种投篮方式，在比赛中，其使用频率及得分数已远远领先于其它投篮方式。结合青少年身体特点及实践教学期间的教学情况，查阅多方面资料针对业余选手单手跳投技术所提出的一套较为系统的训练方法，为体育教学提供参考。
