| 摘 要： | 高校党员领导干部在学校改革发展中处于特殊的地位,承担着重要的责任,提升高校党员领导干部的理论素养是高等教育事业改革和发展的需要。本文在系统调研高校党员领导干部理论素养现状的基础上,分析了造成理论素养现状的原因,提出了提升理论素养的对策。

| Abstract: | The CPC Member leaders in universities stay in a special position in the school’s reform and development,and take on important responsibility.We need to improve the leaders’ theoretical attainment of the universities’ party members in the educational reform and development.This article based on the systemic research about the leaders’ theoretical attainment,analyzes the cause of the present situation,and puts forward the methods and counter measures to promote the theoretical attainment. |
