| 摘 要： | 文章从民族体育的特征和表现形式入手,分析归纳出民族传统体育运动所具有的健身、教育、竞技、娱乐、社交等五大功能,认为充分认识民族体育文化的社会价值和功能对于建设社会主义的物质文明和精神文明、全面振兴体育事业有重要意义。
